After completing his Marketing Degree at Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010, Sheldon began his professional career in the restaurant industry. He quickly rose through the ranks and was eventually hired to help launch multi-million-dollar restaurants at DFW Airport, which he successfully operated.

Despite his success in the restaurant industry, Sheldon realized that his true passion lay in real estate. He decided to pursue this passion and aligned it with his future goals. When not working, Sheldon enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit through exercise, and continually expanding his knowledge of the world.
